Job Description

• Complete IBM RPA foundation learning course to assist senior developers in RPA development and project delivery.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings/ discussions.

• Work with Scrum Masters/ Project Managers, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.

• Collaborate with senior developers and to design, develop, and test software bots using RPA tools such as BluePrism, IBM RPA and Python.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and assist in refining automation workflows.

• Create documentation for developed automation processes, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.

• Adhere to security protocols and data privacy regulations when working with sensitive information, ensure that automation solutions meet compliance requirements.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Information System

• CGPA atleast 3.0 and above is a MUST

• Team player

• Excellent English communication skill.

• Well verse in computer/ application related skills.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.

• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in Project/ Event management with Agile principles.

• Good technical knowledge of automation

• Experienced in BluePrism, Python or IBM RPA (formerly known as WDG)

• Preferably can do six (6) months internship and able to start in 1Q 2025
