What you will do:
- Overall responsibility to defines and maintains standards for project management.
How you will do it:
Monitoring project performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders to track progress and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with PDM to ensure adherence to scope, time and budget constraints.
Ensuring alignment with strategy objectives, monitor the portfolio of projects within the organization and optimizing resource allocation, example like UBR, revenue, billing, legacy projects clean up.
Implementing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization, example like adherence to JCI policies from the perspective of project execution that related to other functions.
Conduct regular project audits and health checks to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management practices within the organization.
What we look for:
Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering.
Minimum 8 years of PMO experience.
Experience to lead a team.
Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you.
Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement.
Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients and subcontractors/vendors.
