Leading and Steering People
Managing the resources in the shift (material/ people/ equipment) through CBT concept
Prioritize the activities in order to manage the existent workload
Monitor and assert the given constraints applicable
Initiating and follow up to completion of disciplinary measure regarding his team
Analysis reports and effectively communicate information to the team.
Development of team
Evaluate and develop the team in term of required knowledge/ specification/& behavior
Assure he required training & qualification
Develop the multiskilling working force as needed and to ensure no interaction in operation
Interface management
Act as key contact person with all internal interfacing department and function
Dealing with conflicts and resources machines, people and material
Report relevant information and KPI's to superior and stakeholders
Suggestion and improvement ideas- CIM
To continuously provide suggestion and improvement ideas that can reduce total operating cost
To implement and support all suggestion and improvement ideas related to tooling
Quality Issue
To attend and rectify all quality issue related.
To ensure and maintain high performance level to produce quality product.
To comply with work instruction or SOP accordingly
Drive CBS process especially the structured problem solving (SPS)
Safety & Environmental
- Support Environmental, Safety and Health task to ensure activities are complied to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards as per details in the safety and environment management system and procedure
Relations Customer /Provider (Co - department)
Satisfy Customer in Quantity, Quality, time and location, give info in case of deviation compare to plan look for info on time of delivery, discussion with customer, provider to solve the issues and try to avoid them, propose or ask for help
To deal directly with contractor regarding fabrication works, measurement, adaptation of parts, service and repair work • To deal directly with supplier to ensure optimum level of spare parts availability
Substitute LKU from Other System
Implementing, maintaining and enhancing of the standardized solution as Plant Business key user.
Supporting and coordinating problem solving in the plant
Adaptation & integration of relevant business processes
Project Leader for rollout project.
Planning and coordinating system updates at the plant in alignment with Local IT and MTE
Following change management procedures with close coordination with Digitalization at Manufacturing Organization.
Training of relevant users in the standard processes and usage of Manufacturing Systems following the train the trainer concept.
Translating users documentation and making the information available to the relevant users during continuous operations.
Supporting production users on first level support. Analyzing issues and raising tickets when required throughout the global standard ticketing system.
Analyzing recurrent issues and missing functionalities on the standard systems in order to support the initiation of a change request following the standard PICR procedure.
Support the execution of the system assuring that right business processes are in place to assure quality and efficiency in Production.
Regular review of the system's usage and implementation, follow up with corrective actions.
Plant internal communication of all business process relevant system changes from management to shop floor users.
Participating in Global Digitalization at Manufacturing Organization network. Business acceptance tests and key user training. Integration into the world wide key user community in term of continuous system improvement and knowledge/ experience transfer.
Others
Performs others duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
High school or Technical Degree (IT or Business Admin) completed and comparable
Ideally further education / secondary degree existing
Leadership experience is recommended
