Sanofi Group Key Account Manager - Public in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

About the job

Are you an experienced professional in key account management with a passion for driving sustainable sales growth and profitability? As a part of our Malaysia Key Account team, you will play a crucial role in responsible to identify KOLs and develop partnership with relevant stakeholders strategically to grow the public channel business and improve patient care, both short and long term.

Main responsibilities:

Account Management and Stakeholder management:

  • Accountability for delivering the business objectives for the specific accounts and specific portfolio.

  • Forecasts the assigned accounts sales and manage key tender utilization.

  • Evaluate periodically key account performance versus market and develop solution to address performance gaps for assigned accounts.

  • Drives account reviews with cross-functional team by establishing goals, actions, KPIs, tracks and responds to results.

  • Collaborate with enabling functions such as Legal, Compliance, and Ethics to develop patient-centric solutions that meet regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Build and Strengthen Customer Engagement

  • Manage relationships with key decision makers, and other stakeholders for each assigned account to ensure optimal access for Sanofi brands and fostering strong relationships and leveraging these connections to drive business growth.

  • Manage the public channel with a comprehensive approach, overseeing all aspects from strategy formulation to execution.

  • Takes ownership of customer service requests and enquiries for assigned account and portfolio.

  • Continuously identify customer and market insights to drive performance and business opportunities.

  • Sustains and builds customer/ partner relationships by maintaining ongoing communication and negotiation sessions with customer/ partners to deliver both quality and tailored service offerings.

  • Ensure key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to drive growth.

  • Business review should be updated on monthly basis with mutual quarterly reviews.

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute and deliver tailored customer engagement programs that serve account and channel goals.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field with minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales or any customer-facing role in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Candidates with experiences in public channel pharmaceutical sale will have added advantage.

  • Able to analyze data/insights and translate results into better solutions.

  • Versatile and resilient, ability to stay positive in pressure environment and work towards delivering results.

  • Effective communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated planning ability and strong organizational and executional skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed.

  • Proven results of delivering customer solutions and achieving business goals.
