About the Role:

As a CBRE FP&A Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support to Global FP&A Manager by managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

  • Support Global FP&A Manager on real-time financial performance monitoring during month end closing.

  • Escalates any financial issues to respective regions whenever there is unusual numbers posted.

  • Supporting in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for each region on each closing and identify the root cause for the variance.

  • Prepare detailed and consolidated monthly financial reports to clients on actual vs budget vs forecast.

  • Analysis and provide aging reports to each region on weekly basis.

  • Any other assignments as directed by the cluster Finance Manager/Director.

  • Support on integrating the reporting to Adaptive system and share the service line report to each finance leads on daily basis to each regional finance leads.

  • Support provided on client budgeting process which aligned to contractual requirement.

  • Clear “partnership approach” in relation to communication & delivery of MFAR; FX impacts; audit / commercial control review inputs and timely invoicing.

  • Reshape of the customer reporting and alignment with key stakeholders.

  • Involve in process improvement/automation.

  • Clear and timely of budget change request submissions are aligned to the contract.

About You:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in finance / accounting.

  • Attention to detail, highly organized and methodical in your approach to work and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.

  • Must be team and results oriented with high level of commitment.

  • Excellent inter-personal/communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English. Ability to effectively interact with and adapt to both Asian and Western business management style/culture.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to adapt to business environment changes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities / parties.

  • Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
