CONTRACT ROLE - Initially 6 months with review

The Consultant will work with Global / Regional HR leads and Executive leadership teams to understand the business needs and develop a strategy to achieve the desired business outcomes using SAP Success Factors L&D and Succession modules solutions.

The Consultant will work with Hexagon using market best practices to understand their business objectives, analyze and evaluate their needs and propose the end to end process flow and functional solutions that will satisfy those needs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

The role is responsible for the frameworks and approach to assessing, developing and managing Hexagon talent and pipeline of leaders to deliver the divisions strategy, and contributing to a work environment that supports, develops and grows our people to realise their full potential and achieve business success.

The role will form part of and collaboratively contribute to the Operational HR team as well as the SAP SF project implementation team that is responsible for succession and Development and Learning modules to be implemented across 35 countries.

  • Engage with the HR function and business enable the delivery of the business strategy of succession

  • Identify the key people performance metrics to measure the impact of each

  • Deliver the key people succession and development program

  • Deliver the execution, implementation, assessment and refinement of global strategies to develop a diverse leadership talent pool and pipeline

  • Build and implement the succession planning policy and work flow process

  • Source, develop, and embed the Hexagon leadership and organisational competency frameworks and tools

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team, develop the Group’s Leadership and job family development curriculum

  • Partner with the HR global team to provide guidance and support to identify and source development initiatives

  • Share relevant market practices and thought leadership

  • Proven experience in SAP SF, knowledge, skills and track record in the development and implementation of capability and development frameworks and programs that deliver measurable return on investment and sustainable results within the Learning and Succession modules

  • Global Succession functional implementation experience

  • Confidence, credibility and proven track record in operating and influencing at senior levels

  • An ability to work at pace, in a complex and fluid environment and on their own initiative to deliver results; flexible and agile to changing business needs

  • Ability to understand, interpret and leverage data and analytics to provide practical and relevant solutions

  • Credible and experienced presenter, facilitator and coach at senior levels coupled with strong written communication skills

  • Degree-educated in HRM or a related discipline or equivalent experience desirable
