The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a market-leading tenant experience throughout all amenities, services, and digital interactions. The role includes implementing brand communications, customer experience, and event activity. They will work closely with various teams to understand tenant needs and shape the customer experience strategy accordingly. They will also contribute to the Tenant Retention and Leasing strategy.

Key to this role is exceptional customer service and proactive anticipation of needs. The manager will have a customer-centric attitude, strategic agility and expertise in marketing, communications and content creation for enhancing tenant satisfaction.

The opportunity:

  • Develop and execute placemaking, leasing, and tenant retention strategies that align with the asset brand and customer experience principles.

  • Create communications strategies to support key events, ensure all communication channels align with the asset's brand guidelines and communicate operational news and updates effectively.

  • Develop and manage the calendar of precinct events and activations, ensuring risk assessments are complete and events are within budget.

  • Create content to ensure effective communication of PM, FM, and Customer Experience related news.

  • Develop and implement leasing marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy targets and support property strategic goals.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or similar.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or customer experience management, with understanding of the property industry (commercial and retail).

  • Proficiency in communications and marketing strategies, systems and platforms.

  • Superior organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Proficient in key stakeholder management and ability to manage external contractors to meet deadlines

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing various audiences.
