About the Role
Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and expectations of the customers are met on a daily basis.
Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws.
Applies and continually broadens knowledge of food and wine pairings and cutting edge cuisine, and overall event presentation.
Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Review staffing levels and assist with recruitment processes.
Skills & Experience
Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA)
COVID Hygiene Certificate (from Australian Hotels Association)
Experience working in management role preferable
Experience working in Banquets/Events required.
Qualification from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field desirable.
