Job Summary:

Job Duties Include performing janitor and housekeeping duties for the facilities, including cleaning restrooms, floors, and windows. Also collects and disposes of trash, moves and sets up tables and chairs for company functions, may serve food for breaks, and performs other duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors.

· Adapt to change when needed.

· Deliver supplies and food to designated areas.

· Move furniture, including tables, chairs, desks, file cabinets, plants, etc.

· Clean shelves, stairs, windows, etc.

· Stock shelves with supplies.

· Clean restrooms: sweep, mop, clean toilets, urinals, walls, etc.

· Empty trash cans and trash dumpsters.

· Maintain quality and safety while being productive.

Job Requirements:

· Have appropriate basic mechanical skills.

· Able to handle items weighing up to 40 pounds including pushing, pulling, and positioning items.

· Strong teamwork attitude, self-motivation

· High productivity, reliable attendance

· Attention to quality and detail, ability and desire to learn new skills

· Janitorial or housekeeping experience would be preferred.

Pay Details: $14.63 to $16.50 per hour
