Sigma Defense is seeking a Software Engineer to be part of a small engineering team that works with military users to design, build, test, and deliver next-generation SATCOM and Electronic Warfare systems.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience coding using with C/C++ and Python Languages.
Experience using SolidWorks.
Experience programming and building Graphical User Interfaces (GUI).
Experience with the software development lifecycle using the SAFe Agile methodology.
Experienced with DevSecOps, cloud technologies, GitLab pipeline-based automation and deployment, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) practices.
Experience leading software and/or systems engineering teams and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
DoD, IC Programs or systems.
Familiar with cloud-based software architectures and technologies such as Kubernetes (K8) and CI/CD.
Familiar with X-Midas or similar Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Library.
Short burst duration/Hoping DSP detect/Processing/MUX signals.
RF Protocol Experience (i.e. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, 5G).
RF Applications Experience.
Certified Scrum Master.
Scrum Product Owner.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Software or related field of study.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $115,000 annually.
