About the role

Develops a customer centric marketing strategy for Applied products to ensure a complete and suitable way to market selling HVAC solutions to new and existing customers, identifying new potential business opportunities globally with close interaction with regionals sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leads the oversight and analysis of market research studies to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

  • Critical role in developing and implementing the “go to market” strategy at the country level.

  • Provides recommendations to senior management regarding setting standards for the development and implementation of marketing strategy to improve the organization’s competitive position.

  • Drives cross functional cooperation in terms of product development.

  • Participates in the communication plan definition to support the defined strategy and ensure the execution is aligned with European guidance’s.

  • Provides support and define Local sales trainings needs and ensure deployment within the sales team.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience 8-10 years of work experience

  • B2B Experience

  • Fluent English and Italian, Spanish is a plus

  • HVAC Market knowledge is a plus (market segments, competition, products…)

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
