We are actively seeking a motivated individual for the position of Management Aide. Take the first step toward a rewarding experience by applying today! DESCRIPTION OF WORK Processes rent checks in computer. Make deposits, and balances monthly rent control sheets. Verifies changes in income, assets, medical, family composition, and adjusts rent. Inputs information into computer. Submission of tenet information monthly to HUD through the computer. Prepares all annual recertification papers of tenants and conducts all recertification interviews on a monthly schedule. Notify tenant of annual unit inspection and prepare all appointment letters. Prepares lease packets for new tenant admissions and conduct lease signing. Show apartment to new tenants. Acquire knowledge of HUD regulations and forms. Maintains tenant files in computer. Completes filing, answers and completes telephone calls from tenants and others. Works with tenants to resolve complaints and problems on a day-to-day basis. Prepares monthly reports and related work as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One (1) year of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; or One (1) year of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
