TEKsystems Remote Customer Service Rep. in Pensacola, Florida

Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $14.00

Projected Start Date: 9/30

Work Environment:

  • Fully Remote

  • Training: 2 weeks training from 9am-4:30pm.

  • Nesting: 2 weeks nesting, the nesting schedules will vary depending on what their mentor's schedule is because they will mirror that schedule (between M-F, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM).

  • Regular Assigned Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11 AM – 7:30 PM

  • No time off during training including any upcoming vacations, doctor appointments or any type of time off requests.

  • Any days off must be approved by Maximus not the staffing agency.

  • Doctor’s notes will not be accepted. The Maximus Attendance Policy is a No-Fault Policy and doctors notes will not excuse any absences and tardies

Requirements:

  • Must have Own Equipment - Must Sit in FL, USA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Our client, a third party administrator is seeking candidates to support their call center.

  • This position will require candidates to handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details.

  • Candidate will be responsible for administering information regarding premium increases/decreases, start and end of coverage and all other miscellaneous plan information.
