The < Quality Assurance Supervisor > for Cytiva supervises QA associates Product Batch Review/Release and Membrane product Quality Lab testing in a manufacturing environment. Candidate will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in improving the Quality Review and testing processes and increase subordinates' skills capabilities.

This position is part of the Quality Assurance Department located in Pensacola, Florida> and will be on-site, At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure timely execution of work, implement policies and procedures, and monitor KPI for incoming inspection and product release.

• Lead and implement an effective Quality operations management within your team that drives adherence to Cytiva and regulatory requirements and create continuous team development and process refinement….live DBS

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support quality deviation investigation, corrective actions, and to ensure adherence to OTD of products to customers.

• Manage associate’s performance and nurture and sustain a team environment of inclusiveness, diversity and associate development.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology and a minimum of 5 years of quality related work experience.

• Previous supervisory experience in a Biotechnology or pharmaceutical processing environment is strongly desired

• Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change

• Proficient with Microsoft Applications

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485

• Experience using Six Sigma tools or holding ASQ or Six Sigma certifications.

• Knowledge of Veeva QMS and Magic systems.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
