AECOM Contract Administrator I in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Contract Administrator I to be based in Philadelphia, PA.

  • The Contract Administrator I will provide administrative and contract support to several programs administered by AECOM for the freight rail business line in the Philadelphia office.

  • Word processing, correspondence e-mails/letters, initiating correspondence as required, assisting in the preparation of invoices, filing, drafting and transmitting agreements, distribution of incoming documents, data entry, managing information on client database, and general office duties.

  • Support for project management and project accounting

  • Assist project engineers in the timely handling of various tasks within the contract

  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/ or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education

  • Due to the nature of this job U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with administrative and/ or contact support

  • Experience using any electronic database

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
