The Senior Manager will lead a technology development team for the Wealth Framework suite of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out the technology roadmap, design and architecture of these applications, and delivering initiatives with operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for the modernization of framework suite, accounting for containerization, cloud native and a secure architecture. The candidate will be responsible for coaching a strong team of technology developers who will be responsible for developing the future shared capabilities for wealth management. As a manager, this individual will be responsible for enabling the applications on the SDM platform and building and improving software development and practices through the Agile framework. This will be a manager position.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technology leadership experience developing and deploying mission critical, high scale applications in the financial industry.

  • Strong knowledge of application development and architecture and overall system design.

  • Seasoned technologist with ability to build and work in an Agile environment.

  • Willingness and ability to drive collaboration effectively in a team environment.

  • A deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology.

  • Strong understanding of application security and ability to provide guidance on industry leading security solutions. Hands on experience on SiteMinder/Ping.

  • Hands on experience in building enterprise solutions with core technology tools such as .Net Core, Redis, Containers, and Cloud technology.

  • Experience leading/managing a team.

  • CI/CD experience
