We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to fill an opening with a correctional facility in Pendleton, OR offering competitive pay, flexible schedules, and great work-life balance.

Their website proudly proclaims they are “working everyday to be the premier city in Eastern Oregon.” The city offers multiple attractions of all kinds from the annual rodeo the Pendleton Round-Up, to the Oregon East Symphony Orchestra at the Vert Auditorium. For those looking for outdoor hiking, the city is within driving distance of both the Umatilla National Forest and the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest.

Details & Responsibilities –

• Competitive Pay

• Flexible full-time schedule

• 8 or 10 hour shifts

• Part-time options considered

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date – ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate – 1 month

• Primary Care. Provide standard primary care – diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management.

• Take a leading role in the treatment of patients. Collaborate & work with other providers, nurses and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.

• Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

• Patient Load – Adult population. Approximately 10-12 PPD.

  Required Qualifications –

• Active/Unrestricted OR Medical License

• BC/BE with ABIM or ABFM

• BLS/ACLS Certification

• Active/unrestricted DEA
