Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Community Manager to join a regional veterinary network, focusing on client acquisition and growth for assigned clinics across the East Coast, particularly in Boston and Hartford. This field-based marketing role blends strategy and hands-on execution to meet measurable growth goals, including acquiring 60 new clients per clinic each month. Success in this role requires creativity, resilience, and the ability to hustle.
As the Community Manager, you will serve as the liaison between veterinary clinics and the centralized marketing team, helping clinics implement tailored marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. This role requires hands-on involvement in organizing events, setting up promotional campaigns, and working directly with clinic staff to execute growth plans. This role is ideal for someone action-oriented and motivated to meet ambitious client growth targets!

Skills and Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Marketing experience, including planning events and executing promotional campaigns.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in.
*Data analysis capabilities to track and optimize marketing performance.
*Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
*Willingness to travel and work on-site with clinics.
*Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. *Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
*Familiarity with local marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
*Knowledge of market trends and competitive dynamics in the veterinary field.
*Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
*Proven success in exceeding sales or growth targets in a previous role null
