Responsibilities

The Per Diem Video & Production Coordinator is responsible for the planning, production, editing and completion of Kelsey-Seybold video and photography initiatives. This includes video bios, video tours, specialty videos, social media videos, ads, commercials and instructional videos. The Video and Photography Production Specialist is responsible for assisting in the execution of web-based campaigns, landing pages, web updates and other digital applications that support the goals of the Marketing and Business Development teams. This position requires experience developing strategy, analyzing market data, as well as executing campaigns and reporting / tracking results.

Salary Range: $45.99 - $46.01 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

Required: 10+ years of experience

Preferred: Writing proficiency

License(s)

Required: Valid Texas Driver’s License

Special Skills

Required: Knowledge and experience using the entire Adobe Suite.

Ability to take video (make edits) and photos of events, headshots, and event photos.

Proficient in Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Audition, After Effects and other video editing software.

Preferred: N/A

Other

Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to take direction and see projects and tasks through to completion.

Strong attention to detail and deadline oriented.

Critical thinking and the ability to tell the “why” story with reporting campaign performance.

Responsible, reliable, and accountable

An energetic personality and an inquiring, investigative mind.
