DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitors branch operations results and ensure they are in alignment with established objectives.Maintains communications with all the branches; prepares and submits standard reports & budget for branch; attends scheduled management meetings.Represents all branches as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups.Responsible for member services, including scheduling team work assignments, assigning work duties, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, research and explaining policies and procedures.Responds to technical and operational questions or problems from credit union team members and makes appropriate referrals, recommendations, suggestions, etc.Analyzes market trends and demographic data concerning members and potential members, products and services, and potential products and services.Keeps abreast of changing trends in the marketplace so that the credit union may react quickly and competitively.Manages the business development function and monitors the workflow against goals and targets for new business development. Monitors the budget for new business development to remain on track with projected expenses.Mentors, coaches, and trains team members on how to deal professionally and effectively with members, preferred partners (formerly known as SEGS), and other contacts such as auto dealers and realtors in promoting the credit union.Researches the demographics of the area in which the credit union operates and determines population groups served by the credit union. Develops contact lists of potential new SEGs or members to reflect research.Contacts prospective members, preferred partners, auto dealers, RV/boat and motorcycle dealers, brokers, etc., to present information on products and services of the credit union.Serves as the primary liaison and contact for the credit union\'s existing preferred partners and maintain all facets of the relationship. Makes formal presentations to preferred partners to introduce/re-introduce the credit union to preferred partner employees; answer questions and provide a resource that encourages participation. Coordinates enrollment meetings at preferred partner meetings.Be a visible presence in the local community and sponsor community. Promotes the credit union through visible participation in business, community, and charitable organizations and activities.Promotes all products and services with cross-selling to meet needs of members and preferred partner
