Process Engineer Automation
Required Education/Qualifications
Knowledge as acquired in the course of a completed technical degree (e.g., Engineer, Master, or Bachelor of Science/Engineering).
Minimum three years of experience in a similar position.
Sound knowledge of project management.
Required Expertise
In-depth knowledge of components and processes in the field of automation technology.
In-depth knowledge of procurement of special machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in defining and executing projects considering costs, time, and quality.
Proficiency in EDP/IT applications (e.g., MS Office, MS Project, ERP systems like SAP).
Ability to interpret drawings and basic knowledge in statistical methods.
Understanding of technical interrelationships from development to automation solution serialization.
Proficiency in supplier management.
Willingness to travel.

Function Purpose
Project definition and management for new plants (special purpose machines, handling systems, and automatic testing machines), and after-sales orders in collaboration with internal and external machine suppliers.
Function-Related Key Figures/KPI
Successfully completed projects within the project management triangle framework.
Detailed Tasks of the Function
Independent procurement of special machines and plants.
Act as a technical contact for customers, project teams, and suppliers in automation technology.
Coordinate projects across business units.
Define automation projects (specifications, schedules, costing, etc.).
Track schedules, monitor costs, and prepare status reports.
Coordinate suppliers (start-up, delivery, etc.).
Conduct FAT and SAT.
Handover plants to production sites.
Organize and support after-sales service.
Provide technical support in sales.
Prepare feasibility studies and commitments for Phase II projects.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
