Tri-County Head Start Preschool Associate Teacher-Paw Paw in Paw Paw, Michigan
High-Quality Preschool located in Paw paw is currently looking for Associate Teachers serving classrooms with children ages 3-5.

*Position Summary: *Assists teacher in instructing preschool children and organizing the classroom based on developmentally appropriate practices. Assists with implementing curriculum, on-going assessment, observation, and child outcomes systems consistent with program policies and the Head Start Performance Standards. Works as a partner with families in the health and education of their children. Responsible for classroom daily required cleaning and daily food preparation.

*Education Requirement: *Minimum: High School Diploma/GED- must be able to obtain CDA within two years of hire Desired: CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
Related Experience: Minimum: One year related experience preferred Desired: Two years related experience

Job Type: *Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Program year (August - May) *
*Rate of Pay: *Base: $15.21 /hr CDA: $15.53 /hr AA: $17.39 /hr
*Pre-Employment Requirements: *Physical, TB Test, Background Check and Drug Screen
