We are searching for an Operations Project Analyst to provide Operations Support to The Precision Strike Weapons Program (PMA-201) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/ weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties:

  • Draft and process all team correspondence.

  • Develop and maintain team contact lists and respond to muster drills.

  • Maintain team document repository and data bases.

  • Consolidate input for recurring monthly FMS meetings.

  • Review and provide recommendations regarding team program documentation.

  • Prepare documentation required for program reviews and briefs such as Annual Program of Record Briefings (APORs), Executive Review Board (ERB) briefs and Executive Steering Boards (ESB) briefs.

  • Develop, prepare, and consolidate input and coordinate the production of professional quality copies for program and executive level briefs/presentations.

  • Compile Contractor Requests and compile a parts database and listing.

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an additional four years of work and an Associate’s Degree or an extra six years of work with no degree to substitute for the Bachelor’s Degree.

    Experience: This position requires three to ten years of experience.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
