V2X Financial Analyst I (Jr) in Patuxent River, Maryland

Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do:

  • This position will support the Denmark Navy (DALO) MH-60R Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program at NAVAIR PMA-299, and support the United States Government FMS Business Financial Manager (BFM).

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports BFM in monitoring program financials associated with the DALO Cases. Assist with preparation of financial statements and monitoring program costs and reporting for the monthly (PMR) Program Management Review and other related meetings throughout the year.

  • Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation/financial reports in relation to automated NAVAIR financial data reporting systems, and management information systems.

  • Initiate draft funding documents using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system. Perform Case Reconciliation, reconcile program financial records with Defense Finance Accounting and Service (DFAS) and Management Information Systems for International Logistics (MISIL).

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:

  • High School Diploma or

  • Associate Degree (High School Diploma (plus 2 years work experience can be substituted for AA Degree).

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 0- 3 years' of direct experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

  • Minimal to intermediate knowledge of NATEC, JDRS, and Other NAVAIR related logistics programs.

  • Minimal to intermediate knowledge/experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).

  • Other Requirements:

  • Secret Security Clearance.

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.

  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in International Programs.

  • Software:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

  • Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
