We are searching for a Program Management Analyst, Senior to support the Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA-274) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives . Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft /weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties:

  • Provides operational perspective on technology utilization during contract proposal reviews and risk/opportunity working groups; assures government negotiating position reflects scenario-driven, operations-based, strategic vision

  • Develops government tracking of developmental team and customer’s commercial wideband utilization; allows real-time monitoring of data usage, program costs, and budget forecasting throughout period of performance

  • Serves as focal point between user organizations, DoD governance, and program office; manages hardware and software deliveries, technical publications, and training, and formulates follow-on capability requirements

  • Provides cross-functional program management with engineering and developmental/operational test teams; facilitates the development of operationally relevant capabilities and concurrent systems training, publications, and design schematics; assures the customer is delivered a complete data package to support operations and maintenance

  • Liaises with governing agencies to provide program reviews, schedule updates, and risk awareness; ensures the user organizations are postured to meet regulatory mandates and forecast future operational requirements

    Required Education: Master’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions for the Master’s Degree include a Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description or an Associate’s Degree plus four years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category or six years of additional work experience performing duties as described in the functional description of the labor category.

    Required Experience: Over ten years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Skills
