V2X Assistant Site Manager in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida

This position is contingent based on contract award.

The Alternate Site Manager (SM) is responsible for assisting with the Site management, execution, and personnel supervision of the performance work statement and V2X operational requirements. The ASM shall support all matters relating to the daily operation of this task order to include safety and quality. Services provided shall include work order management, HVAC-R, Water System Maintenance, Electrical Distribution, Fire Alarm/Suppression, Power Production & Distribution, Vehicle Maintenance and Sweeper services, Structures Maintenance and Repair, Facility Management and Asset Visibility services as specified in the Performance Work Statement for the whole base.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

  • Responsible for project management, execution, and personnel supervision in accordance with the PWS and V2X standards.

  • Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee and perform contracted operations.

  • Prepares reports, enforces quality, safety, and performance standards. Assist Site Manager with preparing SOP, tracking performance with metrics, and compliance requirements.

  • Shall manage, inspect, and verify the quality of work performed in accordance with the PWS.

  • Responsible for following and maintaining a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with V2X, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.

  • Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment, and tools).

  • Assist in the manage of subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements.

  • Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.

  • Performs as Site Manager in their absence. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Working Environment:

  • Work will be primarily indoors but may be outdoors to support various events.

  • Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur.

  • Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.

  • Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.

  • Task specific work environment training will be provided as required.

  • Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests.

  • 100% Overseas Assignment.

Qualifications

Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the tasks outlined in the PWS.

  • Shall be a USN and have at least two (2) years of experience as a site manager, deputy program manager or program manager.

    Education / Certifications:

  • One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.

  • Preferred a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.

  • Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.

  • Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.

  • Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
