Job Description

This role is responsible for conducting data analyses and communicating results to project stakeholders for all BAU related . The

Sr. Specialist, Operations Support

will report directly to the

Service Delivery Manager

and is expected to assist and or co-manage in delivering project objectives and derives insights by structuring large set of data for our business leaders to make informed decisions.

Concentrix is searching for a talented Sr. Specialist, Operations Support to identify trends and provide valuable business insights to senior leaders, partner with various workstreams to implement transformation projects for the organization, and develop recommendations related to project initiatives.

To succeed in the role, the candidate should be self-sufficient, self-motivated, possess a strong leadership aptitude while being a strong team player, exhibit strong organizational, multitasking, and planning skills, embrace a high commitment to quality, and demonstrate outstanding internal and external customer service.
