Our Customer Experience department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative. Key Tasks Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Dedicated Point of Contact for specified international region, providing daily and technical support. Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders and returns when applicable within the region. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Support Customer Experience teams as needed. Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments. Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization. Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time. Your Background Minimum of at least 2-4 years' experience of customer support. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative. High school diploma or GED.
