Complaints Analyst The Complaints Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing data from call log, Qualtrics and other post-market systems as necessary and make a complaint determination Would you like to work in an international environment where you'll make a difference every day? Our Quality Assurance department in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Complaints Analyst. Key Tasks Review call log entries from the previous day and assess if the information entered into the call log meets the definition of an alleged complaint Open complaint records within the complaint management system based on the review of data entered into the call log by customer experience Train customer experience on the process of entering data into the call log so that a corrrect complaint determination can be made Support and collaborate with other complaint analysts and investigators for administrative support as needed Participate in daily management meetings and report key metrics as deemed necessary by senior management Why Permobil is a great next step for you! 1.
