About the Role:
Main purpose of this job is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility need by ensuring timely and quality service delivery of requests.
Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files. Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.
About the Person:
Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up.
Min. 1 year working experience in Facilities Management.
Has experience working with 3rd party vendors
Good communication skills.
Excellent Customer service.
Can work graveyard shift within 5-days work week
