A Senior Subcontract Administrator is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering. Remote work (Western US preferred). The Senior Subcontract Administrator is responsible for managing large subcontracts, preparing and negotiating proposals, ensuring compliance with company and project requirements, and maintaining accurate records throughout the procurement process.

responsibilities:

• Administer large subcontracts to ensure compliance with company and project requirements.

• Procure design subconsultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for multiple clients.

• Prepare recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors based on past performance.

• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and verify the accuracy and completeness of proposal packages.

• Interface with relevant groups to ensure all necessary data is included in proposals.

• Receive and evaluate subcontractor responses to RFPs, determining their ability to meet requirements.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors.

Skills:

• Effective communication with internal and external customers.

• strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with SAP/ARIBA Procurement system is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of subcontracts procurement experience.
