Top Skills

  • 5+ years full cycle AP - research invoices - GL coding MUST

  • This includes knowing the difference between an invoice and a statement and reconciliations

  • Vendor/Supplier setup MUST

  • Large ERP MUST – they are on Oracle

  • Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs and formatting MUST

  • Strong communication - Will interact with C-Suite individuals on large invoices to resolve issues MUST

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of POs

  • Experience managing a centralized email

  • 1099 reporting

  • Lead/ Senior duties: Running some reports/manage month end reports (AP aging, processor report for team, etc.)

  • Someone that can jump in and help the team wherever is needed

  • Mortgage experience is not needed

Job Description

• Assist with the full-cycle of accounts payable processing

• Perform accounts payable duties for all 7 entities

• Process all incoming invoices, check requests, and inquiries

• Collect and maintain invoice supporting documentation required for payment

• Assist and validate the request for supplier set, including W-9/W-8, management approvals, and banking documents

• Address accounts payable group email by responding to urgent inquiries, facilitating email to team members for research and resolution

• Assist with general ledger accounting including journal entry preparation with appropriate backup

• Assist management team with ad hoc reporting and projects

• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3-6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Pasadena, California.
