Job Title: EVS Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an EVS Aide/Tech to conduct general discharges and cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, halls, and restrooms in a major hospital facility. The ideal candidate must be open to performing terminal cleaning, working in surgical areas, and cleaning all areas as needed. Please note that there will be no buffing or waxing of floors involved.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, halls, and restrooms.

• Perform terminal cleaning in surgical areas and other specified zones.

• Ensure proper sanitation of all areas of the hospital.

• Follow hospital protocols for environmental services.

Essential Skills

• Experience in cleaning and housekeeping.

• Proficiency in mopping and sweeping.

• Knowledge of environmental services procedures.

• Custodial skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work variable days including all weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

The work environment is a hospital facility. The shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm, and you will need to work all weekends and holidays. The role involves working in various hospital areas, including surgical areas ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

This is a Contract position based out of Pasadena, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
