Location: Pasadena, CA 91101

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (flexibility for 8-5 if needed)

Pay rate: $19p/h

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

• Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Managing and organizing computer systems.

• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Maintaining a filing system.

• Greeting and welcoming clients that enter the office (not high volume).

• Assisting with other related administrative duties, photocopying, filing, and collating.

• Providing internal support to other departments as needed, workload permitting.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Have prior experience in administrative roles.

• Have an interest/passion for the travel industry.

• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Possess strong attention to detail.

• Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
