The opportunity

As a member of the Global HR Procurement Team, you will oversee the WorkforceSource Contingent Workers Program in North and Latin America as well as lead other assigned HR procurement activities with an estimated external spend of $200M.

You will work closely with the relevant Teva stakeholders in North & Latin America on the one hand and with the related suppliers on the other hand.

How you’ll spend your day

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the assigned MSP (Master Service Provider) managing the contingent workers management program in North and Latin America, including:

  • Overseeing the daily MSP operations

  • Monitor success KPIs of the program in-line with global program guidelines

  • Guide the MSP on any commercial aspects

  • Act as a Teva escalation point for the MSP

  • Act as an escalation point for the Teva Managers

  • Ensure program is generating the expected cost reductions

Lead HR related Procurement tasks as assigned by the Category Manager:

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with HR stakeholders and with Country Procurement colleagues in order to gather feedback, understand category pain points, opportunities, reflect it to your managers, and influence category strategies

  • Achieve a defined set of corporate and procurement objectives including savings, payment terms, supplier risk and process improvement

  • Lead supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends and best practices

  • Develop and coordinate relevant sourcing activities

  • Propose effective supplier negotiation plans and strategies, together with your colleagues in other regions.

  • Maintain Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Programs with key suppliers to foster innovation, track performance metrics and ensure ongoing continuous improvement

  • Be the main Procurement focal point for the commercial aspects of the HR Mobility and Medical benefits program in North and Latin America

  • Act as the main focal point for the commercial aspects of the RPO program in North and Latin America

This position follows a hybrid schedule working both in the Parsippany, NJ office and remotely.

Your experience and qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years of Indirect procurement/sourcing experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting HR categories from a procurement perspective

  • Knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management & Benefits

  • Talent Acquisition, RPO, Learning and Development - Desirable

  • Strong stakeholder and influencing skills

  • Experience managing relationships with global teams

  • Experience with procurement best practices and supplier relationship management

  • Ability to operate in a hybrid work schedule

  • Ability to partner and operate in varying time zones, as needed
