Payroll professional with ideally Ceridian Dayforce Experience. Temp to hire, reviews timecards for accuracy and approvals, follow up with managers when necessary, and process the end-of-period tasks in the time & attendance system. Onsite in Parsippany, NJ. Excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a strong corporate team.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Processes bi-weekly payroll for 250+ individuals

• Covers both non-exempt and exempt employees.

• Ideally Ceridian Dayforce Experience but if not should have experience with another similar pattern.

• Reviews timecards for accuracy and approvals, follows up with managers when necessary, and processes the end of period tasks in time & attendance system.

• Approves the final payroll submission for distribution/direct deposit.

• Processes entries including garnishments, direct deposits, W-4 & state taxes, voluntary deductions, bonuses, salary increases, and fringe benefits (auto allowance, cell phone allowance, etc.).

• Coordinate with Accounting Manager to process Journal Entries through ADP General Ledger Interface

• Monitors Quarterly and Year-End tax reports.

• They need to be Tech Savy and willing and able to learn new platforms quickly and pick up new things quickly.

• Cash App experience is ideal but not required.
