Seeking a Part Time Events Coordinator to work with a thriving pharmaceutical company! Onsite/remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.

• Coordinate logistics including venues, accommodations, transportation, and catering services.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.

• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

• Ensure all events comply with industry regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.

• Promote events through various channels to attract attendees and sponsors.

  Skills:

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and attendees.

• Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions quickly.

• Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and executed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
