Lamination Operator

7am-3:30pm

$25/Hour+, DOE

Operate the laminating machine to achieve targeted efficiencies and produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Experience preferred within the flexible packaging industry.

Description:

• Operate the laminating machine to prepare products according to specifications.

• Set up and manage machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

• Handle and package completed products safely, ensuring they meet specified requirements.

• Inspect finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and are free from defects.

• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to optimize product quality.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and troubleshooting.

• Must be safety-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

• Must have the ability to read blueprints and interpret production plans to meet goals for the customers.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
