Our esteemed client within the benefits/insurance industry is seeking a meticulous and analytical Commission Specialist to join their rapidly expanding firm. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment and possesses a keen attention to detail. The responsibilities of the Commission Analyst encompass, but are not limited to:

· Overseeing commission feed data, calculations, and payment distribution.

· Compiling monthly and quarterly commission and bonus statements.

· Serving as a liaison between carrier partners, broker partners, and internal teams while striving for continuous improvement to minimize manual data entry and enhance operational efficiency.

· Generating and analyzing reports on delinquent commission payments.

· Updating the status of existing policies, entering commission data, and reviewing reports.

· Engaging with internal and external contacts to verify the status of existing insurance policies.

· Investigating and responding to broker inquiries.

· Executing file feed update projects with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

· Leading data clean-up and mapping projects.

· Inputting commission statement data into the database to ensure accurate and timely processing.

· Reconciling inbound and outbound commission payments.

Requirements

This role is designed for a professional who is committed to excellence and is eager to contribute to our client’s ongoing growth.
