Join the CBRE – ISPT team as a Property Manager to work in a well-established precinct of properties located Western Sydney. You will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of industrial assets owned properties, general maintenance and accuracy of lease/tenant information along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The role:
Be responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues for both commercial and industrial assets
Monitor financial transactions relating to the management of the buildings including monthly financial packs
Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained including an accurate tenancy schedule
Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements
Preparation of detailed monthly reports to the owners of properties managed
Administration of leases including lease audits to ensure compliance by owners and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed:
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License required.
A property related qualification or proven experience in commercial and industrial property management
Experience in the management of commercial and industrial assets
Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
Strong financial acumen relating to cash flow budgets, incomes and expenditure
Strong IT skills as well as intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
