Senior Motor Claims Consultant

SENIOR MOTOR CLAIMS CONSULTANT

Reporting into the National Claims Manager, We are seeking interest from resilient, empathetic and motivated people wanting to continue their career in the motor claims space.

What are my accountabilities?

• Proactive management of a portfolio of claims to accurately determine eligibility and progressing the claim towards a suitable outcome

• Demonstrating an evidence-based approach to establishing an appropriate claim management strategy and the maintenance of accurate claim financial data including claim reserves

• Utilising embedded processes to identify potential fraud indicators and recovery opportunities relating to a claim

• Maintaining adherence to all SLA and KPI requirements incl. Sedgwick, customer and GICOP principles

About you :

• Previous experience within insurance or a TPA environment

• Knowledge and understanding of the principle and procedures for processing insurance claims

• Knowledge of claims regulations and legislations

• Knowledge of data management systems

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
