JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee and manage our program for families who are court ordered to participate in Child Exchanges and Monitored Visitations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program development, direct services of participants, and relationship management to ensure the success of the program. Applicant will develop and implement program policies and procedures. Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders. Supervise program staff and provide leadership and guidance. Oversee program activities to ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain records of monitored visitations and child exchanges. Lead program development initiatives to enhance services provided. Develop funding sources for program improvements. Meet separately with children, custodial and non-custodial parents to review guidelines of program. Volunteer recruitment for the Kids First Program. View rules and guidelines of program and confirm court orders. Maintain records, refer to appropriate agencies if needed and develop funding sources. Responsible for scheduling the evening advocate, coordinates and schedules volunteers and performs staff performance evaluations. Maintain established FCIC policies and procedures. Part time hours. Expected hours of 24 hours per week. Evening shift. Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings. Pay is $17.00 per hour. Pay, schedule, and any benefits will be discussed at interview.
