Aerotek Medical Device Assembler in Parker, Colorado

Entry Level Medical Device Assembler- Parker, CO

Pay and Shift-

  • 1st shift hours: 5:30am-2:00pm (M-F)

  • 1st shift pay - $19/hour

Job Description-

  • Assembly and Quality Testing : Assemble, run quality tests, and package disposable medical device products following company procedures. Precise hand-eye coordination is crucial for handling small parts.

  • Equipment Operation : Operate manufacturing equipment to transform raw materials into finished goods, requiring dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of raw materials used in production, ensuring meticulous data entry.

  • Clean Room Environment : Work in a clean room environment, adhering to specific procedures while handling delicate components.

  • Adaptability and Inspection : Adapt to design changes, assemble parts according to client specifications, and perform visual in-process tests with precision.

Skills-

  • Regulated Environment Experience : Candidates with experience in regulated environments (such as fast food, grocery stores, hospitals, or as CNAs) will find their skills transferable to this role.

  • Small Parts Handling : The ability to perform repetitive tasks with small parts is essential for precision assembly.

  • Comfort with Workstations : Candidates should be comfortable sitting at a workstation for extended periods.

  • Hand Dexterity and Coordination : Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity are crucial for handling delicate components.

  • Teamwork : Collaborating effectively with colleagues is essential in a production environment.

  • Adaptability : The role may involve changes in design or processes, so adaptability is valuable.

  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail ensures product quality.

Work Environment-

  • Small company (teamwork a must).

  • Clean Room environment (ISO-7).

  • Workspace is in a well-lit and ventilated clean room assembly environment.
