We are looking for aMaster Data Coordinator Interninterested in starting a SWEET career as at our global corporate headquarters Park Ridge,NJ.

Overview:

• Master data review and maintenance

• Identify master data and its relationship to internal business processes

• Assist business with extractions of various data tables

• Identify any master data misalignments

• Interact regularly with various departments to ensure the needs of the business are being met and understood from a data perspective.

• Acquiring knowledge on how to utilize a globally used ERP System (SAP)

• Learning how data flows through processes and various departments therein, having cross functional visibility.

• Gain understanding of master and transactional data definitions and maintenance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Rising Junior/Senior in college/university, pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field 

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and bias for action

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Demonstrated personal and professional values

Required Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrate personal and professional values

• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills

• Strong business acumen and analytical ability 

• Have access to housing and reliable transportation

• Able to work a 40-hour week, beginning June 2nd, 2025

• Must be able to work in the office Monday thru Thursday; Friday is Work from Home

It would be sweet if you also had: 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, macros, pivot)

• Prior experience with data entry

• Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands  

• Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry

• Leadership experience on or off campus
