Our client, one of the largest CPG companies in their space, is looking for a hands on Art Director, Packaging and Production (AD) to join their team, full time! This role will be 40/hrs per week, onsite 4x days in their Park Ridge, NJ location WFH Fridays! Gorgeous office and GYM!*Looking for high energy, leadership, STRONG packaging and production design knowledge to add value to the team!Reporting to the Creative Director, the AD, Packaging and Production is a hybrid function between Creative and Marketing responsible for ideation of concepts, development, design, and execution of 360 product packaging, display, print collateral and corporate/brand identity.Responsibilities:- Create and refine innovative package design concepts- Create and adhere to brand identity guidelines, ensuring integrity within and across brands as relevant- Pre and post production expertise- Extensive knowledge of printing processes- 2 D & 3-Dimensional Rendering of Packaging and Displays- Develop or oversee packaging and display mockups- Corporate signage- Digital platform knowledge- Participate in press runs and/ review proofs- Visual Trade Show Design & Collateral- Product photography nice to have- Collaboration within Creative/ Marketing & Cross FunctionallyQualifications:- Bachelor of Arts / Graphic Design degree- 7 years design experience in CPG, Beauty or related field- Exceptional typography, packaging, layout and design experience- Experience with Trade Ads, Visual Trade Show Designs & Development- Software experience: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Bridge, Microsoft Office- Designs are BRIGHT, FUN, PLAYFUL!
