We are looking for a Summer Intern interested in starting a SWEET career as at our global corporate headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

Overview (provide up to 5 bullets describing the job responsibilities of the intern)

• Daily cash application

• Daily collection of past due receivables

• Daily resolution of customer disputes

• Daily Customer Billing

• Monthly reporting on results of AR operations

• Be exposed to the Order-to-Cash business cycle , the lifeblood of the company

• Gain an understanding of customer finance and cashflow

• Gain an understanding of how the credit function protects the assets of a company

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Rising Junior/Senior in college/university, pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better 

• Strong business acumen and analytical ability 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and bias for action

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Demonstrated personal and professional values

Required Skills/Experience:

• Have access to housing and reliable transportation

• Able to work a 40-hour week, beginning June 2nd, 2025

• Must be able to work in the office Monday thru Thursday; Friday is Work from Home

It would be sweet if you also had: 

• Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands  

• Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry

• Leadership experience on or off campus
