COMMERCIAL HOLDING CO Loan Operations Analyst in Paris, Tennessee
*Role and Responsibilities: *
- Prepare reports for Lending Functions
- Generate, verify, and analyze reports for accuracy
- Develop and create new reports to extract data
- Assist with utility clerks
- Ability to communicate results of reports
- Create reports to provide insight to key information
- Creates Reports in IBM Cognos Analytics
- Examine data reports to locate and correct errors
- Troubleshoot issues with reports
- Research and recommend new reports to Lending Functions
- Understand and analyze data in order to provide accurate and timely reports
- Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
- Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
- Has prompt and regular attendance.
- Completes training as needed.
- Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Adheres to IT Program including IT Security Policy and completes required IT training.
*Qualifications and Education Requirements *
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Basic Understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Understanding of Debit and Credit Entries to Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Advance skills in Excel: charts, formulas and functions, formatting cells, data validation, PivotTables, and Macros
- Advance skills in Microsoft Word: merging documents, designing forms and templates, creating labels, and formatting tables.
- Experience with Foxit PDF
- Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics a Plus

- Proficient with PC
