COMMERCIAL HOLDING CO Loan Operations Analyst in Paris, Tennessee

*Role and Responsibilities: *

  1. Prepare reports for Lending Functions
  2. Generate, verify, and analyze reports for accuracy
  3. Develop and create new reports to extract data
  4. Assist with utility clerks
  5. Ability to communicate results of reports
  6. Create reports to provide insight to key information
  7. Creates Reports in IBM Cognos Analytics
  8. Examine data reports to locate and correct errors
  9. Troubleshoot issues with reports
  10. Research and recommend new reports to Lending Functions
  11. Understand and analyze data in order to provide accurate and timely reports
  12. Has a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
  13. Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
  14. Has prompt and regular attendance.
  15. Completes training as needed.
  16. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
  17. Adheres to IT Program including IT Security Policy and completes required IT training.

*Qualifications and Education Requirements *

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Basic Understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Understanding of Debit and Credit Entries to Balance Sheet and Income Statement
  • Advance skills in Excel: charts, formulas and functions, formatting cells, data validation, PivotTables, and Macros
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Word: merging documents, designing forms and templates, creating labels, and formatting tables.
  • Experience with Foxit PDF
  • Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics a Plus
