Randstad is currently working with a client that is looking for an experienced onsite Recruiter. They are located in Paris, IL (61944) Hours- Monday thru Friday-1st shift Pay Rate-$65k-$70k DOE ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the recruitment efforts at our Paris, IL manufacturing plant by coordinating and managing all aspects of the onsite recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Onsite Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate onsite recruitment events, including job fairs and open houses.

  • Prepare and set up interview rooms and materials.

Candidate Communication and Engagement:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their plant visits.

  • Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.

Grassroots Recruiting Activities:

  • Spend time out in the community to promote our employer brand and build relationships with local schools and organizations that can connect us with talent.

  • Distribute flyers, yard signs and other advertising tools.

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and facilitating new hire paperwork.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
