RESPONSIBILITIES

As ourInternational Mobility & Global Benefits Analyst, your main focus is to support the team to deliver best in class services to global HR community and Business leaders:

Your main focus:

• Support the international mobility daily life, by helping building compensation and benefits packages for transferees with HR business partners, participating in discussions with transferees, following up relocation services... consistent with International Mobility Policies and principles

• Help implementing a roadmap for Global Benefits program, by participating in the global benefits audit and in discussion with global providers on Benefits, working on the communication plan and implementation.

• Participate in some ad-hocs projects, process improvements, KPIs analysis, various contributions to the Global Reward team …

The team consists of 3 people: the Int Mob & Global Benefits Director to whom you will report and also the Compensation Director; both lead by the Global Reward Senior Director.

You will work closely together with several departments such as Global and Local HR teams, Shares Services Center, etc. The position will permit you to have a good understanding of a Comp&Ben role and how they support the strategy and the vision to drive the Business.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with People and also putting numbers to work and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you match the followings:

• Ideally a first experience in HR or in Finance;

• Fluent French &/ or English

• Rigorous, organized and able to deal with sensitive information

• Agile with the capability to deal in a multicultural environment and with figures and numbers (but not complex)
