SENIOR MANAGER FRAGRANCE

We’re looking for a Senior Fragrance Manager to join our Olfactory Studio team. This is newly created role that will see you developing winning fragrances for all Coty Luxury brands and bringing bold ideas to life. Reporting to a Fragrance Design Director, you will get to work across many different categories, develop fragrances in different olfactory registers for specific targets and countries, driving brand DNA and success on the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Senior Manager Fragrance, you will be responsible of :
Developing fragrances for the brands you are in charge, ensuring brands olfactory signatures and meeting the objectives of needed performance
Defining a specific olfactory strategy for each brand
Driving creation and innovation with the fragrance houses
Optimizing ways of working, processes, methodologies across departments (marketing, labs, CMI, procurement, fashion houses..)
Vouching for the olfactory quality all process long
Infusing fragrance culture, knowledge and expertise across the company

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Senior Manager Fragrance , you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you :
Have experience developing fragrances for Fine / Mass Fragrance markets
Work closely with Marketing teams to align on strategy and ensure consistency, design memorable and successful fragrances
Research and identify new opportunities, bold and inspiring ideas or new technologies to explore and capitalize on
Respond effectively to multiple demands, showing reactivity, adaptability and resilience
Are passionate, constructive, positive and team spirit
Have soft skills to rely on, ensuring consistency, inclusive, collaborating and problem solving spirit
